There are many additional courses and seminars that are run through out the year including:

Instructors Coaching & Development - These are part of our instructor development program and are designed to keep all our instructors up to date with new developments.

Sunday Seminars - These are generally afternoon events where we often invite guest instructors from a different martial art. They are designed to be a fun learning experience for all.

Junior Seminars - These are the same as the Sunday seminars in their concept but the activities are geared towards a younger participant

Grade Preparation Course - As the name implies these courses are designed to provide specific tuition to enable students to improve their own personal standards in preparation for their grading
